Refund Policy Details
Membership fees secure your place in the Reserve. As access begins immediately (digital archive, salons, and eligibility for allocations), fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of joining and before accessing benefits or allocations, a full refund may be possible.
Subscription Pausing
You can pause your membership at any time. While paused, access to the archive and upcoming allocations will be suspended until you return.
Bottles & Allocations
The Reserve does not operate as a retail shop. Bottles are never offered publicly — they are privately allocated or exchanged within the circle. Access to these bottles is a privilege of membership and cannot be obtained outside of it.
Regional Limitations
Membership is currently open to residents of Australia. At this stage, bottle allocations and exchanges are only available within Australia due to shipping and licensing restrictions. Digital benefits (Ledger, salons, archive access) remain part of all memberships.
Age & Legal Requirements
All members must be of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction to receive physical allocations.
